Releasing our attachment to people, places, things, stories and more is really freaking hard sometimes. We wanna hold on to everything. Especially if we worked hard for it. But if these things are no longer serving us, then what are we holding on to exactly? A thought. A feeling. An emotion.
Release is a critical part of finding freedom from the things that no longer serve you. And release can feel scary. Intimidating. Raw. It’s human nature to hold onto things, people, feelings, moments, etc. But letting go is also an important part of human nature. Letting go can sometimes feel liberating and it can also feel empty. Remember that a solid foundation can be built when everything has crumbled that you no longer want to build upon. And sometimes those moments before starting the next chapter feel empty, lonely, confusing. I’m here to remind you that you made decisions for a reason and that there are good things coming.
