Duality can be confusing. It’s hard to hold two beliefs at once, but it’s part of life. Give yourself space to have all the thoughts and feelings. And then you can decide what you want to feel and believe.
Gratitude hits different
Let things work out. We spend so much time trying to control the future, control outcomes, control our lives. What if we just allowed more things to happen? Allow good things to come your way.
I can’t even tell you the number of years I spent suppressing my feelings and thoughts. I convinced myself they weren’t worth expressing because they didn’t mean anything. It became hard to decipher what was physical pain and what was emotional pain that needed to be felt AND heard. These days, it is still a struggle to let it out, but I am more intentional about breaking the pattern of keeping it in. Don’t let the thought of “manifesting” negative things from feeling negative emotions scare you away from them. I promise you the feelings come up someday. Whether it’s decades later or next week. Don’t spend your time working on someone else’s perception. Work on your own perspective. Give yourself the freedom to live by your own rules. And let them think what they want. If they see your value, they are your people.
