My landlord is selling my apartment and there’s nothing quite like trying to figure out what’s next with your housing. It can be exciting to think of the next chapter and at the same time it can feel intimidating to start over. The unknown gives us a chance to grow, to blossom, to open new doors. But if we get too bogged down by the fear, then we will keep picturing the worst case scenarios instead of the best. So how do you find a way to keep moving towards the good thoughts when you’re in a time of transition? #wordtoyourmantra #mantras #affirmations #changequotes
Watch it begin again 💓
Self-discovery is a process and it’s okay to change and evolve with time. Giving myself the space to keep growing has been a really positive thing. It’s easy to try on the life people think you should have, but how about the one that you actually think might feel best? Slowing down and listening more to myself has been invaluable. I’m becoming more brave to share and more open to being my authentic self. I hope these mantras empower you to do the same! #mantras #selfdiscovery #alwaysgrowing
Create for the sake of creating, not for what it looks like #feelgood #creativeart #journalprompt #arttherapylife
Grow into the most authentic version of yourself. The only way to do that is to go towards people who lift you up. Speak up for what you feel and believe. Trust that it’s okay to lose things along the way. I’ve finally been paying attention to who I am and what I want out of life and it’s becoming second nature. Do I still get caught up in people pleasing at times? Sure. But it’s far less often. And the cool thing about that is that instead of putting everyone else’s needs and wants before my own I’m starting to really create a life that feels more real and joyful.
